Over the weekend, Gisele Bündchen and her boyfriend, Joaquim Valente, were spotted enjoying a romantic moment aboard a boat cruising through the waterways of Miami. The couple, who have been more public about their relationship in recent months, shared a sweet kiss as their yacht passed under a bridge not far from a very familiar address.
That address? None other than Tom Brady’s waterfront mansion in the exclusive Indian Creek Island neighborhood. Brady, who has been remodeling the $17 million estate since 2020, owns a prime piece of real estate overlooking Biscayne Bay. The house is right in the path of several popular yachting routes.
Gisele and Tom, who share two children Benjamin (14) and Vivian (11) have been navigating post divorce life with grace. Gisele has previously spoken about how her relationship with Joaquim developed gradually after years of friendship. Brady, on his end, has publicly shown support for his kids and emphasized how important it is for them to feel loved and stable.
Tom Brady may be eyeing a major move
Brady may not have been in Miami at the time, but given how close the boat passed to his property, it wouldn’t have taken much for the NFL legend to catch a glimpse of his ex-wife kissing her new partner.
While it now seems Brady may be ready to part ways with his Miami property, a report from Bloomberg reveals that his mansion on Florida’s Indian Creek Island also known as “Billionaire Bunker” is quietly being shown to a select group of potential buyers. Though the home isn’t officially listed, sources say the newly finished estate has already received private offers exceeding $150 million. The move could signal a shift for Brady, who’s currently renovating a 14,000 square foot home in Brentwood, California. With his new role as an NFL analyst for FOX Sports and part owner of the Las Vegas Raiders, a return to the West Coast might be on the horizon.
The former quarterback recently took part in a Netflix special set to air this spring, and he continues to build his television career with FOX Sports, where he’s expected to make his on-air debut this fall. He’s also deeply involved in fitness and wellness ventures, including his TB12 brand. Brady keeps a close eye on his business interests and long-term goals, staying connected to the sport in every way he can.
