Person Shot by Federal Agents

An adult male has reportedly been shot and killed by a federal law enforcement agent in Minneapolis Saturday morning.
Governor Tim Walz confirmed the shooting and said he spoke to White House this morning, who has yet to publicly address the shooting. Walz added … “Minnesota has had it. This is sickening.”
The New York Times, CNN and AP have all reported the man has died. Minneapolis Police refrained from confirming the death when contacted by TMZ.
The City of Minneapolis confirmed it’s “aware of reports of another shooting involving federal law enforcement in the area of 26th Street W and Nicollet Ave” on X.
Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey has once again demanded that ICE leave the city and state immediately. He will be holding a press conference regarding the matter later Saturday morning.
TMZ has reached out to the Department of Homeland Security for comment … so far, no word back.

Fox News correspondent Bill Melugin said the person shot is “down” and “medics are working on them,” citing “multiple law enforcement sources.” He also reported the suspect was in possession of a gun, citing DHS.
