Melco Resorts & Entertainment has achieved a remarkable feat in the MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong & Macau 2024, securing a total of eight MICHELIN stars among five of its restaurants situated in City of Dreams, Studio City, and Altira Macau. This accolade places Melco at the forefront in Macau for the most MICHELIN stars held. Notably, the Cantonese fine dining establishment, Jade Dragon, at City of Dreams, retains its prestigious Three MICHELIN-Star rating for the sixth year in a row. Similarly, Alain Ducasse at Morpheus continues to be celebrated with Two MICHELIN stars for its French culinary excellence for six consecutive years. Additionally, Cantonese restaurants Pearl Dragon at Studio City and Ying at Altira Macau, along with the Japanese restaurant Sushi Kinetsu at City of Dreams, each have been awarded One MICHELIN star.

During the recent MICHELIN Guide Ceremony in Macau, the awarded Melco restaurants were acknowledged as follows:

• Jade Dragon – 3 MICHELIN Stars: This Three MICHELIN-starred Cantonese restaurant is renowned for its exceptional culinary artistry using fresh, seasonal ingredients, coupled with its exquisite design and unparalleled service, establishing it as a benchmark for fine dining in Macau. Its accolades include recognition in the MICHELIN Guide, Forbes Travel Guide, Black Pearl Restaurant Guide, Trip.com Gourmet List, SCMP 100 Top Tables, and the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence over several years.

• Alain Ducasse at Morpheus – 2 MICHELIN Stars: This restaurant, honored with Two MICHELIN stars, showcases a modern interpretation of French cuisine, emphasizing seasonal produce and sustainable sourcing. It has received numerous honors including listings in the MICHELIN Guide, Forbes Travel Guide, Black Pearl Restaurant Guide, Trip.com Gourmet List, SCMP 100 Top Tables, and the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence.

• Pearl Dragon – 1 MICHELIN Star: Pearl Dragon at Studio City presents an exquisite Cantonese dining experience within its elegantly designed space. It has been recognized with various awards, including a MICHELIN Star, Forbes Travel Guide, Trip.com Gourmet List, SCMP 100 Top Tables, Wine Spectator Award of Excellence, and the Haute Grandeur Global Restaurant Awards.

• Ying – 1 MICHELIN Star: Ying, located in Altira Macau, specializes in fine Cantonese cuisine and local specialties, offering a luxury dining experience. Its accolades include a MICHELIN Star, Forbes Travel Guide, Trip.com Gourmet List, SCMP 100 Top Tables, and the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence.
• Sushi Kinetsu – 1 MICHELIN Star: Sushi Kinetsu is celebrated for its authentic Edomae sushi, served across a traditional Hinoki wood sushi bar. Recognitions include a MICHELIN Star, Black Pearl Restaurant Guide, and Trip.com Gourmet List.
