Tom Brady receives surprise video from family capturing deeper meaning of Patriots career few fans know

Tom Brady got to celebrate Father’s Day and his induction into the New England Patriots Hall of Fame in an even better way than he could have imagined. Brady’s family created an incredible, interactive video of the best moments of his Patriots career that went far beyond the field, and he couldn’t wait to share it.

“My kids surprised me this morning with this video, and I wanted to share it with my Patriot family too. What a ride. See you tonight New England,” the 46-year-old wrote on Instagram ahead of officially being announced as the newest member of the Patriots Hall of Fame.

While his place in history was obvious, the video revealed the reason it was all possible, which not as many fans know about.

Brady’s family shares unseen Patriots memories

His son Benny, 14, admits he doesn’t even remember Tom’s first three Super Bowl wins in New England. After zooming through their dad’s very long list of accomplishments for the franchise, Jack, 16 also focuses on off-the-field memories.

“Even if you stayed fourth string your entire career, it wouldn’t change how much love our family had,” his eldest son narrated.

“I did hear you learned it all from your big sisters,” added his daughter Vivian, 11, highlighting the influence of the older generation of the Brady bunch.

Tom Brady Day goes down in history

The Hall of Fame ceremony was hand picked to be on the 12th day of the 6 month of the year to honor Brady’s jersey number and number of Super Bowls for New England. June 12, 2024 is now officially Tom Brady Day, according to Massachusetts governor Maura Healey. The proclamation read:

Whereas, Massachusetts celebrated Tom Brady for his profound dedication to the sport of football, making countless memories while inspiring millions across the country; and

Whereas, Tom Brady’s induction into the Patriots Hall of Fame proves he is truly the G.O.A.T,

Now, Therefore, I, Maura T. Healey, Governor of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, do hereby proclaim June 12th, 2024 to be Tom Brady Day.

The coronation of Brady comes as no shock, but the GOAT’s reaction to his family’s surprise video proves that he has a lot more to celebrate this Father’s Day than just a Hall of Fame ceremony.
