He has quickly become one of the most reliable NFL kickers as of late, but the Dallas Cowboys could be without Pro-Bowler Brandon Aubrey as he was listed on the list where the players that did not practice appear, but it was not because of an injury.

It turns out that on Wednesday, Aubrey missed practice because he was summoned for jury duty. According to sources, he could not get out of this responsibility and he had to attend, therefore not being with his team.

Everyone hopes this is a one time thing as the Dallas Cowboys cannot afford to lose him any more time because preparation for their upcoming game has begin and it won’t be easy to go against the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday night.

The quick ladder to stardom

Brandon Aubrey had a long way to go to become the starting kicker for the Dallas Cowboys but once he came in, he was ready for the job. As a rookie in 2023, he made 36 field goals out of 38 attempts.

10 of those field goals were from beyond 50 yards and the former Major League Soccer player that became USFL champion confirmed that the coaches made the right decision by bringing him in.

Now, even though he has one job and he is very good at it, missing time will definitely disruptor his timing and routine, so everyone hopes he will be back on Thursday of people might become even more concerned over this matter.
