Hailey Van Lith turned heads this week, though it wasn’t because of her stellar play on a basketball court.
The TCU transfer was spotted courtside for Thursday’s game between the Dallas Mavericks and San Antonio Spurs.
While the Mavericks came out 120-109 winners, much of the talk after the game was about Van Lith’s look. She was spotted with her hair in pigtails and some glasses, along with a long-sleeved sweater, Gucci purse and some shorts.
Her appearance comes months after she represented the United States at the Olympic Games in Paris. Van Lith was part of the Team USA side that took home bronze in the 3×3 competition.
Big year for Van Lith
With the Olympics in the rearview mirror, Van Lith will now focus on her last year of NCAA basketball.
She played her first three college campaigns with Louisville, where she led the Cardinals to the final four as a sophomore in 2022 while earning first-team All-ACC honors two times.
In 2022/23 she led Louisville to the Elite 8, where they lost to Iowa, while averaging 19.7 points, 4.5 rebounds and 3.2 assists per game.
That’s when she surprised the college basketball landscape by transferring to the LSU Tigers for her junior year. The move didn’t work out for Van Lith as her numbers dropped, averaging 11.6 points, 2.4 rebounds and 3.6 assists per game.
She’ll look to return to her previous form with TCU after transferring to the Horned Frogs for the upcoming 2024/25 season.
