The Kansas City Chiefs, for the first time in a very long time, are reeling. Andy Reid‘s team followed up a Super Bowl triumph by starting the 2024 regular season 9-0, but their dream run finally came to an end last weekend. The Buffalo Bills showed their class, turning Patrick Mahomes over twice and putting up 31 points on the vaunted Kansas City defense.
The Chiefs still sport the best record in the AFC, so not everything is lost. While the team deals with its first loss since December 25 of last year, Mahomes continues to look for ways to get the offense back on track. Given that practice time with new pieces on offense hasn’t seemed to help much, perhaps Mahomes has resorted to off-field tactics to help.

Even when Mahomes isn’t on the gridiron, his mind and body are getting prepared for game action. From the film room to the training room, Mahomes doesn’t have much time to focus on just himself and his family. But he took the opportunity to tune everything football related out on Friday.
Patrick and Brittany Mahomes enjoy movie date together
First, he gave wife Brittany Mahomes a flower gift which she wasn’t expecting. Then, the couple decided to have a “movie date“, and Brittany showed off the treats they indulged in: popcorn and an ICEE.
Birttany is currently pregnant and has been working out consistently to stay healthy during pregnancy. But it never hurts to have a cheat day of sorts, and Brittany did just that while enjoying a movie with Patrick.
Patrick is known to partake in snacks whenever possible, and he loves himself a beer. So it’s no surprise to see him taking the opportunity to eat some movie style popcorn.
