Some good news has come to the Los Angeles Rams, after Demarcus Robinson’s DUI arrest. According to reports, he will be able to suit up for the game against the New Orlenans Saints this upcoming weekend and they need him.
After the end of Sunday Night Football in Week 12 of the NFL, it was not only the loss against the Philadelphia Eagles that the team suffered, as Demarcus Robinson’s spirits were very high, after only having made two catches for 15 yards and now Matthew Stafford needs him.
He did score one touchdown, but rumors began to emerge through social media that Los Angeles receiver had been arrested on Monday by West Valley California authorities for driving while intoxicated at more than 101 miles (160 km/hr) on the 101 freeway. US-101
Sean McVay came clean
On Tuesday, head coach Sean McVay, met with reporters at a press conference, where they could not help but ask about the situation that Demarcus Robinson experienced and his arrest for driving while intoxicated.
“I think Demarcus has a good heart and would never have bad intentions, and clearly there was a decision that was not aligned with who we want to be. I know he regretted that,” he said.
The team announced on Wednesday that Demarcus Robinson will be suited for the game against the Saints on Sunday as they need all the help they can get to try and get to 6-6 and hope for losses by the Seattle Seahawks and Arizona Cardinals to tie first place.
