The Philadelphia 76ers rookie had to undergo knee surgery to fix his torn left lateral meniscus, an injury he suffered against the Indiana Pacers last week.

While still on the effects of the medicines, he jumped on his TikTok account from the hospital bed to give his fans a good update about his injury, but surprised everyone as soon as he started recording.
As a well known rap fan, he gave updates by quoting a “Rich Baby Daddy” verse, a track by 6 God, Sexyy Red and SZA. “I still got some love deep inside of me, no need to lie to me, I know you got a guy,” McCain sang. “He’s not a guy to me.”
Fans quickly left their comments on the video and they highlighted how real he was for making a TikTok right after surgery. “Post-surgery haze and went straight to TikTok,” one fan said. “He’s so real!”
We still don’t know for how long he will be out of the courts, but if he keeps this positive vibe it wont be long!
