Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes has revealed that he and his wife, Brittany Mahomes, are expecting their third child “any day now.” The NFL superstar shared the news in a Christmas Day interview clip released by Netflix, adding a touch of joy to the holiday season.
Patrick and Brittany already share two children in daughter Sterling and son Bronze. While juggling fatherhood and his demanding NFL career, the three-time Super Bowl champion admitted to feeling the pressures of both roles.
“I’ve been stressing [Brittany] out too much this season,” Patrick confessed, acknowledging the emotional toll of balancing football and family. “So I got to try to not put so much stress on her through these football games.”

Patrick revealed that he’s praying for the new baby to arrive during one of the Chiefs’ “bye” weeks, giving the family a chance to celebrate without disrupting his football schedule.
“Hopefully, God works the right way, and we can have that baby maybe on the bye week somewhere, and then everything will work out perfectly,” he said optimistically.
Despite being pregnant, Brittany hasn’t slowed down. The Mahomes family recently shared heartwarming photos of Sterling and Bronze visiting Santa Claus, adding festive cheer to their busy lives.
The couple also made headlines when they attended Taylor Swift‘s “Eras” tour wrap party, where Brittany shared Instagram snaps alongside the pop superstar. Patrick’s teammate Travis Kelce, who is dating Swift, also attended the event in his iconic black tuxedo and top hat-a nod to his surprise appearance at Swift’s London show earlier this year.
“Good morning just me and my skin that’s losing it’s mind…” Brittany wrote back in July. “This pregnancy has been the hardest on me… sickness, exhaustion and now skin!”
