The 35-year-old billionaire was spotted with Scott and Andrea Swift as well as Ashley Avignone, as she donned a black mini-dress thigh-high boots and a black handbag whilst walking away from an SUV, with her signature red lipstick on show.

She and her posse headed to Nobu Downtown in the Financial District, a restaurant specializing in Japanese food and sushi that scores a 4.5/5 according to Trip advisor and caters to takeaway and delivery too.
