Dua Lipa is the face of CHANEL’s new 25 handbag, starring in their latest campaign shot by Gordon von Steiner. The campaign channels music video energy, following Lipa around New York City as she sings to “She Drives Me Crazy” by the Fine Young Cannibals.
Dua Lipa said of the campaign:
“For me, this campaign is about the freedom of movement, self-expression and embracing that on-the-go energy. It’s powerful, yet playful, and above all, joyous. It’s a similar spirit that I share as an artist, so it immediately resonated with me on many levels”
The campaign showcases the CHANEL 25, featuring iconic quilting, an interlaced chain, and multiple pockets, available in three sizes. Lipa is a fan, calling it the “perfect” bag for someone always on the move, with space for her books, sunglasses, notebooks, and even crystals. “It’s just the perfect everyday bag!” Dua says.
Lipa is also featured in a still by David Sims, which will be part of a bigger campaign dropping in March.
