Eagles’ Super Bowl parade just got way cooler
This year’s parade promises to be a special event, and the Eagles are pulling out all the stops, thanks to a generous gesture from premium tequila maker Don Julio.
TMZ Sports has revealed that the tequila brand will be sending the Eagles 80 custom-engraved bottles of Don Julio 1942, each commemorating the team’s Super Bowl victory with a “Super Bowl Champions” engraving.
The iconic amber-colored bottle typically retails for around $200, making these special-edition bottles even more unique.
But that’s not all. In addition to the bottles, Don Julio is providing 75 custom bedazzled mini-chains that mirror the design of the bottles, giving the Eagles players and staff a touch of extra bling to flaunt during the parade.
Star running back Saquon Barkley is no stranger to Don Julio’s lavish gifts, as the brand previously gifted him a Swarovski-crystal-covered bottle in Eagles green, valued at nearly $6,000.
The parade will begin at 11 a.m. from Lincoln Financial Field, with a championship ceremony set to take place from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Fans will be able to watch the Eagles players, coaches, and mascot Swoop roll down Broad Street in buses and floats, showcasing the Lombardi Trophy along the way.
The route will end at City Hall before continuing along the Benjamin Franklin Parkway, giving fans plenty of opportunities to catch a glimpse of their favorite players, including Super Bowl MVP Jalen Hurts, head coach Nick Sirianni, and defensive legend Brandon Graham.
While the Eagles continue their Super Bowl victory lap, the custom Don Julio bottles and bling are just another reminder of the team’s unforgettable triumph, and the festivities that lie ahead.
