Bath & Body Works recently pulled one of their holiday candles after it sparked controversy for resembling imagery associated with the Ku Klux Klan.
The issue gained attention when a user on X posted a picture of the latest “Snowed In” candle. The design on the packaging included a snowflake that some said looked like the pointed hood and eyeholes of a KKK outfit.

In response, Bath & Body Works released a statement acknowledging the situation:
“At Bath & Body Works, we are committed to listening to our teams and customers, and committed to fixing any mistakes we make-even those that are unintentional like this one. We apologize to anyone we’ve offended and are swiftly working to have this item removed and are evaluating our process going forward.”
The “Snowed In” candle was part of the winter wonderland themed designs, which also include snowflake imagery. The candle has officially been removed from the Bath & Body Works website.
