The former North Carolina star, who was selected by the Suns with the 11th pick in the 2019 Draft, has not committed a turnover in the last seven games, making him the first player in NBA history without a turnover in seven games while playing at least 30 minutes per game.

“Part of it is just seeing how the game is going, not putting the ball in jeopardy and making the simple play,” said Cameron Johnson after scoring 23 points without a turnover in 31 minutes against Cleveland.
About his record, the 28-year-old forward, who earns $23.6 million this season, admitted that “it’s not something I’m thinking about. I can’t turn it around at all. I’m just trying to play the right way.”
“Honestly, I don’t even focus on turnovers. I try not to, but I’m not going to focus on it,” said Cam Johnson, who has handed out 25 assists and hasn’t lost a ball since Oct. 27.
