The idea of the Chicago Bulls management is to create a model that will bring back many memories for fans and has as its image one of those who made it legendary, the great Dennis Rodman. The presentation was only the third time in its history its Statament Edition jersey, a black uniform with the iconic red stripes, a design totally inspired by the uniform that Chicago wore in the 95-97 seasons, 2007-2008 and 2012-2013.
It is worth noting that the Chicago Bulls’ home, the United Center, has a capacity of 23,500 fans. In the last five seasons, only 10% of the games in these years have been sold out. But for the most part, attendance was below 50%. Rodman’s choice as their “role model” for the 2025-26 season
The team chose one of the members of those Bulls from the second three-peat to present the jersey. For now, the team announced that the first opportunity for fans to get up close and personal with this legendary uniform will be on August 23 and 24 at the United Center during Bulls Fest. However, fans will be able to purchase it from October 15 at both the Arena store and the team’s online store. The Statement Edition jersey will be worn by the team during the 2025-2026 NBA season on selected nights, which will be announced at a later date.
