Emmanuel Acho, a former NFL player turned Fox Sports host, made his first public appearance on Monday following his inclusion in a shocking lawsuit filed in Los Angeles. The lawsuit, brought by hairstylist Noushin Faraji, alleges workplace misconduct involving several Fox Sports figures, including Acho, Joy Taylor, and Skip Bayless.
According to the lawsuit, Taylor, 37, is accused of using romantic relationships with Acho and Fox executive Charlie Dixon to advance her career. The allegations claim that she secured a spot on Acho’s show Speak in 2020 through these actions. Additionally, the suit outlines broader accusations of sexual battery, negligent supervision, and workplace retaliation between 2012 and 2024.

Acho avoids addressing the lawsuit on air
Despite the controversy, Acho appeared on Fox Sports‘ The Facility to discuss the NFL playoffs. Opening the show in high spirits, he avoided any mention of the allegations. “What’s up, family? It’s a huge Monday show,” Acho said during his introduction, shifting focus to the NFC and AFC playoff pictures.
The lawsuit alleges that Taylor dismissed Faraji’s complaints about harassment from Dixon and Bayless, advising her to “get over it.” It also accuses Bayless of offering Faraji $1.5 million for sex and Dixon of groping her. Taylor is further accused of fabricating claims against Dixon to protect her position within the network.
Fox Sports has yet to release an official statement regarding the lawsuit. Attempts to contact attorneys for Taylor, Dixon, and Bayless have so far been unsuccessful.
With these allegations casting a shadow over the network, Emmanuel Acho and others implicated are under intense scrutiny. For now, the sports host has chosen to remain silent on the matter, leaving many questions unanswered.
