GeForce NOW, NVIDIA’s cloud gaming service, is set to expand its library with 19 new titles throughout September 2024, according to the NVIDIA Blog. This extensive lineup includes highly anticipated games such as ‘Age of Mythology: Retold’ and the ‘Call of Duty: Black Ops 6’ Open Beta.
Featured Titles for September
The cloud gaming platform is kicking off the month with seven games available for streaming this week. One of the standout additions is ‘Age of Mythology: Retold,’ a reimagined version of the classic real-time strategy game. Developed by World’s Edge, Forgotten Empires, and Xbox Game Studios, this title merges the beloved elements of the original game with modern visuals.
Gamers can immerse themselves in a mythical universe, commanding legendary units and calling upon the powers of gods from various pantheons, including Atlantean, Greek, Egyptian, and Norse. The game features a 50-mission campaign set in iconic locations like Troy and Midgard. Players can also engage in head-to-head matches or cooperate to tackle advanced AI opponents.
Another major highlight is the Open Beta for ‘Call of Duty: Black Ops 6,’ which runs from September 6-9. This beta offers players a chance to experience game-changing innovations before the official launch on October 25. Both Battle.net and Steam versions of the Open Beta are available for streaming on GeForce NOW.
Additional Games Joining the Platform
In addition to the featured titles, GeForce NOW members can look forward to several other games becoming available this month:
- ‘The Casting of Frank Stone’ (Steam, Sept. 3)
- ‘Age of Mythology’ (Steam and Xbox, available on PC Game Pass, Sept. 4)
- ‘Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts’ (Epic Games Store, early access Sept. 5)
- ‘Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2’ (Steam, early access Sept. 5)

The rest of the month will see even more additions, including ‘Frostpunk 2,’ ‘The Plucky Squire,’ ‘Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed,’ ‘Greedfall II: The Dying World,’ and ‘Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown.’
August Additions and Future Updates
In August, GeForce NOW added 48 new games to its library, including ‘Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown,’ ‘FINAL FANTASY XVI Demo,’ and ‘Black Myth: Wukong.’ The platform continues to update its offerings, ensuring that members have access to the latest titles without the need for manual updates.
Starting in October, NVIDIA announced that members will no longer have the option to launch ‘Epic Games Store’ versions of Ubisoft games on GeForce NOW. Instead, users will need to connect their Ubisoft Connect and Epic Games Store accounts to play supported games. More details can be found on the NVIDIA support page.
As fall approaches, GeForce NOW’s extensive lineup for September promises to keep gamers engaged with a variety of new and exciting titles. Members can stay updated with future game releases and platform updates by following GeForce NOW on social media.
