Jason Kelce isn’t expecting to expand his family any further after his wife, Kylie, gives birth to their fourth child. During his appearance on TNT’s “Steam Room” on Friday night, the former Philadelphia Eagles star, 37, revealed that a vasectomy might be in his future.
While no final decision has been made, Jason admitted that he and Kylie, 32, have talked about the “V-word.”

“We’ve brought it up. I don’t know if it’s going to happen or not. But, I think we’ll see,” Jason said, adding that their fourth child “might be it.”
When asked if he would keep trying for a boy, the soon-to-be father of four made it clear that it wasn’t his call.
“That’s not my decision. I’ve got the easy part, I’ll keep doing my part,” he joked, drawing laughs from hosts Ernie Johnson and Charles Barkley.
Jason also acknowledged that Kylie is likely ready to be done with pregnancies. “I think Kylie’s to the end of wanting to pop these things out. I think this pregnancy’s been a long one for her. This is our fourth girl. We’ll see.”
Embracing the idea of an all-girl household
Jason and Kylie, who married in 2018, are already parents to three daughters: Wyatt, 5, Elliotte, 3, and Bennett, 1.
The former NFL player admitted that having a boy is no longer a priority, given their track record. “I don’t think it’s necessarily about wanting a boy because, at the end of the day, we’re not shooting with good percentages,” Jason quipped. “We’ve got to give up on that idea. It’s more about, ‘Do we want to have another child?’ And if we want another one, we’ll do that.”
His stance hasn’t changed much since November when Kylie revealed their pregnancy. At the time, Jason told his brother Travis on their “New Heights” podcast, “This might be it. Might be the last hurrah. Before we started having them, I always said three, and Kylie said five, but I don’t know if she’s feeling that anymore.”
Kylie made her pregnancy announcement by sharing a sweet Instagram photo of their daughters in matching pink “big sister” shirts. The image captured a range of reactions-Wyatt looked shocked, Elliotte beamed with joy, and Bennett, the youngest, burst into tears.
