Kansas City Chiefs vs Los Angeles Chargers: What time does the game start on Sunday and where to watch it?

The Kansas City Chiefs will face a tough test this weekend, putting their undefeated record on the line as they visit the Los Angeles Chargers, one of the most challenging rivals they’ll face in the early NFL season. Despite challenges, the Chargers may not have one of their most important players available.

During last weekend’s loss against the Pittsburgh Steelers, Chargers starting quarterback Justin Herbert couldn’t finish the game due to an ankle injury, affecting the team’s performance and causing them to lose their undefeated record against one of the best defenses in the NFL.

This situation could turn Jim Harbaugh‘s squad into a one-dimensional team, heavily relying on the running game, making life easier for the Chiefs’ defense led by coordinator Steve Spagnuolo.

To add to their troubles, the Chargers will also be without Derwin James due to suspension, and their star Joey Bosa is questionable with a hip injury, making things look tough for the Chargers.

Patrick Mahomes‘ 100th NFL Game

For the Chiefs (3-0), this game will mark Patrick Mahomes’ 100th in the NFL. Mahomes already holds most of the NFL records for a quarterback in their first 100 games, and this one is shaping up to be memorable for the league’s best player right now.

In the last five matchups between the Chiefs and Chargers, only one game was decided by more than six points, although Kansas City has won 8 of the last 10 games against the Chargers.

The last time the Californians won against the Chiefs was back in 2021, when Herbert threw for 302 yards and three touchdowns.
