Kyle Kuzma is winning a lot more than just games lately; he’s winning at life. The Milwaukee Bucks star and his girlfriend Winnie Harlow recently shared a piece of their happiness with their friends and followers on social media, generating a wave of congratulations and positive messages both inside and outside the sports world.
Kuzma and Harlow-whose real name is Chantelle Brown-Young-began dating in April 2020. By June of that same year, they revealed their relationship with a post on Instagram. In the photo, both could be seen on a romantic beach getaway, a preview of what was to come.
In the meantime, the NBA star and the “America’s Next Top Model” alum have proven to be one of the most stable celebrity couples. Because of this, they decided to take their relationship to the next level and didn’t hesitate to share it with the world.
Kyle finally popped the question
In a post on Instagram, Harlow showed the emotional moment when Kuzma proposed to her this past February 14. On a flight in a private jet, adorned with dozens of long-stemmed roses, Kyle read a poem to Winnie that ended with the question, “Will you be my wife?”
As she narrated in an interview with Vogue, Harlow answered with the long-awaited yes, even before the Bucks’ star could take the ring out of his pocket. The photos of the moment show the impressive 8.5-carat stone that sealed the engagement between the two lovebirds, to the excitement of their friends and followers.
Congratulations pour in for Kyle and Winnie
Harlow’s comment section is filled with congratulatory messages from stars of entertainment and sports. Actress Keke Palmer wrote, “Oh honey, I’m so happy for both of you,” and singer Normani echoed her, saying, “YES, YES, YESSSSSSSSSSS.”
TV star La La Anthony said, “Awwwww, congratulations, baby!!! Yes!! Super happy for u!!! Love wins!!!” While WNBA star Angel Reese wrote, “STOPPPP!! omgeeee!!! Yessss, so beautiful!!”
In a video closing the album, Kuzma and Harlow can be seen arriving at their destination in Turks & Caicos, where their families were already waiting for them to continue celebrating one of the happiest moments in the couple’s life.
