Kylie Kelce has a clear opinion on getting Botox after confessing that she will have breast surgery

Kylie Kelce has made her stance clear on facial beauty procedures, emphasizing that she will not get Botox, as part of her effort to model natural beauty for her daughters, showing them that aging gracefully and embracing imperfections matters.

Her approach reflects a broader mindset of authenticity, where she prioritizes life experience and family values over societal pressures for cosmetic enhancement, demonstrating how personal choices can set meaningful examples for the next generation.

“When they get into their 30s, I want them to be like, ‘You know what? Mom had wrinkles then, too,'” Kylie said. “Because I do. And I earned these suckers.”

Despite rejecting Botox, she previously hinted at undergoing breast enhancement surgery, signaling a clear distinction between facial treatments and other body procedures in a bid to cling on to her youthful looks.

“To be clear, there is a rough plan,” Kylie said. “Eventually, I will put my boobs back where they belong because of four kids.

“That’s all I have to say about that.”

She intends to delay any surgery until after completing her family, showing her decisions are carefully timed around motherhood.

Kylie met Jason Kelce, then a standout center with the Philadelphia Eagles who would go on to win the Super Bowl, before they tied the knot in 2018 and welcomed their first daughter, Wyatt, in 2019,

Wyatt was followed by Elliotte in 2021, Bennett in 2022, and youngest Finn in 2025, creating a hectic household that runs at 200 miles per hour, leaving Kylie little time to focus on customizing her appearance.

Jason Kelce opens up on his dating mistakes with Kylie

Meanwhile Jason shared insights about his early dating missteps, reflecting on how trying too hard to impress women often backfired, which contrasts with his eventual authentic connection with Kylie, whom he met at a 2015 Philadelphia charity football event.

On the New Heights podcast, Jason, now successfully married for the better part of decade, admitted that trying too much can put a woman off.

“Don’t try and make her like you,” Jason told his brother, Travis, on the New Heights show. “Because then she’s gonna hate you.

“This was my crucial flaw with talking to females. I was like, ‘Okay, how do I impress them? Or how I would think that I need to talk any differently?'”

Meanwhile Travis, who announced his engagement to Taylor Swift in August 2025 after two years of dating the billionaire popstar, added his own take on courting women.

“Who you are is good enough, bud,” Travis, playing for the Kansas City Chiefs, said. “No, you’re doing too much.

“That’s what Jason‘s [saying]. Just be you, man, who you are is enough for the right person.”
