Today, amidst an enthusiastic ceremony, the Michelin Guide Hong Kong Macau 2024 bestowed five-star ratings upon three restaurants across three Langham Hospitality Group (LHG) hotels. Notably, T’ang Court at The Langham, Hong Kong, clinched a prestigious three-star rating for the ninth consecutive year, marking the lengthiest three-star winning streak for a Cantonese restaurant presently listed on Hong Kong’s three-star roster. Additionally, Ming Court at Cordis, Hong Kong, and Yat Tung Heen at Eaton HK each garnered one-star ratings for the 16th and 8th consecutive years, respectively.
These accolades follow closely on the heels of LHG’s attainment of two Michelin stars for Cantonese establishments at two Shanghai hotels in November. LHG proudly retains its status as the leading global operator of Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurants.
“Our Michelin star wins clearly demonstrate the ongoing success of our mission to disseminate world-class Cantonese cuisine,” LHG chief executive officer Bob van den Oord said. “Moreover, they illustrate our unwavering commitment to culinary excellence, which extends to all of our hotels globally.”
T’ang Court presents a luxurious array of genuine Cantonese delights, set amidst opulent decor, highlighting the richness of traditional flavors in its dim sum and other signature dishes.
On the other hand, Ming Court showcases an equally impressive collection of Cantonese favorites, infused with a contemporary flair and a strong emphasis on seasonal ingredients.
Yat Tung Heen, known for its family-friendly ambiance, also features authentic Cantonese favorites, set within stylish interiors reminiscent of 1920s Shanghai establishments.
To commemorate their accolades, all three distinguished restaurants are offering exclusive Michelin degustation menus for a limited time.
