Manute Bol’s son, Bol Bol was interviewed in the most funny way possible

I still remember the first time I saw Bol Bol play. It was wild. Seeing the son of the legendary Manute Bol move like that, dribbling and shooting threes it just blew my mind. He’s always been this fascinating player, and then, the other night against the Pelicans, he just went off; 25 points and five three-pointers. That’s his best game ever! It’s just so cool to see him finally putting it all together.

So Bol Bol’s big game was already a highlight, but then he went and gave us an interview that was pure gold. He’s towering at 7’3″, right and NBA reporter Amanda Pflugrad has to climb a ladder just to get eye-level with him. The whole visual was just comedy. It wasn’t just funny to watch, though; the interview itself was genuinely hilarious. It was one of those moments that reminds you that even in the world of pro sports, there’s still room for some good fun.

Needed a ladder! NBA hilarious post-game moment with Bol-Bol

His path to finding his footing in the NBA has definitely been a winding one. It’s been a bit of a rollercoaster ride. Think about it: he gets drafted by the Miami Heat back in 2019, immediately shipped off to the Denver Nuggets. He spent a couple of seasons there trying to find his place, and then, just when you think he might settle in, he’s traded again, this time to the Orlando Magic in 2022. And now, he’s with the Phoenix Suns since 2023. It’s a lot of change for a young player, and you can’t help but wonder how that constant movement affects him.

It’s true, since February 7th, Bol Bol’s seen a significant uptick in playing time, and it’s clearly paying dividends. He’s been able to demonstrate what he’s capable of with consistent minutes. Even with the Phoenix Suns facing some turmoil, like Kevin Durant’s trade rumors, Bol Bol’s been able to focus on his game and show real progress. The big question now is, will this trend continue? Will he keep getting those valuable minutes?

Honestly, that’s the million-dollar question. It really depends on how the Suns’ roster shakes out in the season. If they decide to shake things up, or if they find a way to keep this current roster working, Bol Bol’s continued development will be a key factor. His recent performances have definitely made a strong case for him to be a regular part of the rotation. Hopefully, the coach Mike Budenhozer has seen enough to give him consistent opportunities going forward. He’s proven he can make the most of them.
