The 2025 MLS SuperDraft will take place on Friday, December 20, in an event where teams will look to bring in the best professional hopefuls, who want to make the leap from college soccer to the league.
The first pick goes to expansion team San Diego FC of Chucky Lozano, followed by the teams that did not qualify for the MLS Cup playoffs, from those who scored the fewest points to those who competed for the title.
Each draft is different and the demands are increasing as MLS has managed to position itself within the sport in the United States, among them the NFL, the NBA and MLB, which have a format in which the best of college talent is selected.
