Sarah Jane Ramos embraces personal growth after split from Dak Prescott

Sarah Jane Ramos, the ex-fiance of Dak Prescott, has quietly embarked on a journey of personal growth following the end of her high-profile relationship with the Dallas Cowboys quarterback.

The couple abruptly called off their April nuptials in March 2026, fans and media were left with questions that extended far beyond the field.

While the breakup drew significant media attention, Ramos has focused on rebuilding her life, emphasizing self-improvement, mental well-being, and pursuing her own ambitions.

Social media updates from Ramos highlight her dedication to wellness and personal pursuits. From sharing her fitness routines to advocating for mental health awareness, she has cultivated an image centered on resilience and self-care.

Ramos is making it clear that her focus is shifting. In a March 24 social media post, the mother of two shared a mirror selfie taken at the gym with a friend and layered over it the phrase “Growth in all forms,” followed by emojis that underscored her intent – a flexing arm and hands in prayer.

A relationship that unfolded under the spotlight

Prescott and Ramos were first linked publicly in September 2023 after they attended a Cowboys game together. In October 2024, the quarterback – a Mississippi State alumnus and fourtime Pro Bowler known for his consistency under center and community work with the Faith Fight Finish Foundation – announced their engagement.

The pair share daughters Margaret Jane Rose, born in February 2024, and Aurora Rayne, born in May 2025. Their wedding was scheduled for spring 2026 in Lake Como, Italy, but plans unraveled just weeks before the ceremony was to take place.

Following news of the split, which sources reported came shortly after joint bachelor and bachelorette celebrations in the Bahamas, both Prescott and Ramos were described as “heartbroken.” A representative for Ramos emphasized that the couple’s decision was mutual and that there were no dramatic blowups leading up to it.

In the wake of the breakup, Ramos also addressed speculation about a prenuptial agreement on social media: “This had nothing to do with a prenup. I hope we can put that rumor to rest now,” she wrote in response to a Reel comment.

Rather than dwelling on the circumstances of the split, her recent post hints at a broader perspective on what lies ahead.

Prescott, meanwhile, continues to navigate the pressures of leading one of the NFL’s most scrutinized franchises, recently receiving public backing from broadcasters defending both his character and resilience amid external criticism.
