Steph Curry‘s sister reveals she’s struggling to breathe through her nose as the sixth month of pregnancy begins to take a toll on Sydel, whilst she is carrying the Phoenix Suns’ Damion Lee‘s child.

The 30-year-old used to play college-level volleyball for the Elon Phoenix, but since transitioned her life away from sport and towards motherhood after suffering an anterior cruciate ligament in 2014.

In 2018 she married the NBA‘s Lee and the pair had their first child in 2021, followed by their second in 2023. Now she’s expecting once again, but this time the pregnancy hasn’t been easy as she opens up on her struggles.

“The fact that I have like two small kids so they’re giving me all the things that they get,” Sydel said of her daily issues. “And I’m just pregnant.

“So I get it easier but I’m sick or like have some kind of like nose thing every two to three business days. I’m over it.

“I’m so tired of not being able to breathe through my nose. That’s it. Is that too much to ask? Daxon. Is that too much to ask? No. It’s not too much to ask.”

Sydel flies to Damion despite pregnancy worries

Considering her child a “miracle baby”, Sydel has kept it no secret that she’s had serious complications with pregnancy in the past and initially believed she may be infertile.

Yet despite her battles and her fears, she’s still putting in the air miles to make sure she can spend some time with her partner as she recently revealed she flew the 2,451 miles from California to New York.

“Was supposed to be on a flight to New York in 6 hours that got cancelled,” Sydel posted to Instagram, “and now the airline is trying offer me a FIVE layover alternative.

“I just just wanna see my man who has been for too long.”
