Travis Kelce accepts Ben Stiller’s idea for Madison Square Garden to host another date with Taylor Swift

Could Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift be spotted courtside at Madison Square Garden soon? That possibility just got a major boost, thanks to Ben Stiller, a longtime New York Knicks fan.

During an appearance on Kelce’s New Heights podcast, Stiller shared a story about attending a Knicks game with Swift nearly a decade ago. The Hollywood star recalled how he and his son sat alongside the global pop sensation, creating a memorable experience for his family-especially when Swift took the time to FaceTime Stiller’s daughter, who happens to be a huge Swiftie.

Hearing the story, Kelce immediately warmed up to the idea of bringing Swift back to MSG for a Knicks game, turning Stiller‘s casual anecdote into a potential celebrity-packed date night.

Could Swift and Kelce Be Courtside Soon?

When Stiller mentioned the idea of attending a Knicks game with Swift, Kelce didn’t hesitate to show interest.

“Oh yeah, I appreciate that,” Kelce responded. “I think the same thing. Maybe we can get Taylor to another Knicks game.”

Stiller was quick to offer his help, saying, “You should definitely come, I can hook that up.”

Kelce and Swift have already enjoyed sports outings together, making the idea of a Knicks game date a very real possibility. In October, the couple was spotted at Yankee Stadium, where they watched the New York Yankees defeat the Kansas City Royals in the playoffs. A month earlier, they also attended the men’s final at the US Open, sitting alongside Patrick and Brittany Mahomes in Queens.

While Swift‘s presence at NBA games has been rare in recent years, she has long-standing ties to Madison Square Garden. She has played multiple sold-out concerts at the venue, and in 2014, she became the youngest artist to be inducted into the Garden’s “Hall of Fame”.

Timing is Everything-Will They Make It Before the Playoffs?

If Kelce and Swift are to make a celebrity-studded appearance at the Garden, it would need to happen soon. The Knicks are third in the Eastern Conference, trailing only the Boston Celtics and the Cleveland Cavaliers (Kelce‘s hometown team). With only 15 regular-season games left, the opportunity for a Swift-Kelce date night at MSG is narrowing.

Once October rolls around, Kelce will be fully locked in with the Kansas City Chiefs, as the NFL season will be in full swing. After much speculation, the three-time Super Bowl champion confirmed he will return for another season, despite rumors that he might retire.

For now, the ball is in Kelce and Swift‘s court. With Stiller’s help, a Madison Square Garden date night might just be their next high-profile outing.
