The autopsy revealed Davis had multiple substances in his system, including methamphetamine, MDMA, amphetamines, THC, and MDA. A spoon with burn marks, unidentified pills, and other drug-related items were found scattered throughout the home, according to the medical report obtained by DailyMail.com.
The report also indicated the presence of an enlarged heart and fluid buildup in the lungs and brain, but no signs of chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE), despite past concerns about Davis‘ mental state.
