The 23-year-old NFL player recently posted a photo dump on Instagram that included a discreet image of his foot touching that of an unidentified woman.

While neither face was shown, the post quickly sparked speculation among fans that Johnson may be “soft-launching” a new relationship following a difficult stretch off the field.

The speculation comes after a turbulent breakup with Laila Thompson-Wainer, who publicly addressed their split in a TikTok video posted in February. She claimed that Johnson‘s behavior on the day of their engagement was deeply hurtful, alleging that he had been in contact with an ex-girlfriend in a sexual or inappropriate manner both before and after proposing to her.

According to her account, what was meant to be a joyful milestone quickly became overshadowed by what she described as betrayal, with screenshots later shared online to support her version of events.

“Now, knowing what I know now, this was his timeline. He woke up, texted his ex-girlfriend. Then proceeded to go through the same day I did, gets down on one knee, we commit to each other for the rest of our lives, marriage, crazy concept,” she said.

“Then we get home from our engagement dinner and he texts her this.”
