Tom Brady get intercepted by Damar Hamlin during a beach football game

Tom Brady was back in the game for one day. The retired NFL star joined Travis Scott, Damar Hamlin, Quavo and CJ Stroud for a football game on the beach in a video posted to Michael Rubin‘s Instagram.

They gathered to celebrate the Fourth of July ahead of Rubin’s annual star-studded White Party in the Hamptons in New York. “Mini camp before the White Party… doing our repetitions and preparing our body let’s go!”, the businessman titled the publication.

In the compilation clips, Tom Brady, who posted a sweet tribute for his mother’s birthday earlier that day, begins choosing his team as Scott gets competitive. “There are all kinds of skill levels here,” Brady said jokingly as the boys walked on the sand and prepared to play.

Things got competitive in many ways

Damar Hamlin, who had a serious cardiac issue on the field a couple of seasons ago, had his moment when he picked of a pass by Tom Brady and he had a blast doing it. In the video people can how he undercuts it and takes the ball in the air but that was not it.

At one point, the 33-year-old rapper scored a touchdown after a Tom Brady throw and ran down the beach shouting, “What does that look like?” as onlookers applauded him. Fans in the comments went crazy over the post, with one commenting, “Getting a pass from Brady on the beach is epic.”

Rubin organizes the white party every year, bringing together a mix of celebrities from all walks of life. The Fanatics CEO has hosted the coveted gathering, which has been compared to the Met Gala, since 2021.

“One of the things I love to do is bring cool people together,” Rubin said in a 2021 Insider profile. “I have a lot of friends from different backgrounds.”
